About The Authors



Dr. Prahalad Prasad Paroha is an Associate Professor at Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology (PSIT), Kanpur, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics and has over 25 years of academic experience in teaching and research. He has authored more than 25 research papers published in reputed national and international journals. His academic interests include advanced areas of Physics, and he is actively engaged in teaching, research, and mentoring students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.



Dr. Rajesh is an Assistant Professor in the department of Commerce and Management at I.G. Government P.G. College, Tohana (Haryana) with academic and research interests in corporate governance, financial management, supply chain management, and insurance studies. He has qualified JRF and pursuing his Ph.D in financial management from CDLU Sirsa Haryana. He also explores governance mechanisms within supply chain networks and the role of insurance in risk mitigation and organizational sustainability. He has strong expertise in quantitative research methodologies and econometric analysis, especially panel data techniques using statistical software such as Stata and R studio etc. Sh. Rajesh seeks to contribute to the advancement of logistics and supply chain management, corporate governance practices, risk management frameworks, and evidence-based policy formulation in emerging economies.



Dr. Khagendra Nath Gangai is currently working with Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida. He is a distinguished academician, researcher, and practitioner with a Ph.D. in Management from FMS, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, and advanced qualifications in psychology from the University of Delhi, along with expertise in HRM, training, and yoga. With over 19 years of experience spanning academia and industry, he specializes in behavioural and life skills training, organizational development, counselling psychology, and consultancy. He has been associated with renowned institutions such as Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, NCERT, IGNOU, TimesPro, and HPCL. A prolific scholar, he has published 30 research papers, authored 14 international book chapters, written 3 books, holds published 3 patents, and actively contributes to global research and professional training initiatives.
